Delicious Pepperoni Pizza Dip

Admit it — you just drooled a little at the sight of this deliciousness. Whether you love cheesy goodness or are a hardcore fan of pepperoni pizza, this recipe will quickly become your new favorite game night cheat meal. It’s really easy to make, and you need just a few ingredients!

  • 2 oz. mini pepperoni slices
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temp
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated, divided
  • ¾ tsp. dried oregano
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ¼ c. pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • ½ c. grated Parmesan, divided
  • 1 baguette, warmed and sliced (or your favorite brand of breadsticks)

Pepperoni Pizza Dip: Directions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400°F, then grab a medium-sized bowl and use it to combine the sour cream, cream cheese, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, and half a teaspoon of salt. Then, fold in one cup of mozzarella and two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture to a shallow broiler-safe baking dish. Top it with the pizza sauce and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and mozzarella. Add the pepperoni slices on top.

Step 3

Pop in the oven to bake until it starts to bubble and the cheese melts and starts to brown (for about 15 minutes). Broil for one to two minutes if necessary. Let it rest for about five minutes before serving. Serve it to your friends and family with the baguette slices for dipping (or the breadsticks). Garnish with ground pepper or chili flakes to get that extra punch of heat.
