  1. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan, and add the onion, garlic, and chipotle paste. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the squash, black beans, and tinned tomatoes. Put a lid on the pan and cook for roughly 40 mins until the squash has become tender.
