These simple garlic Parmesan chicken skewers are flavorful, juicy, and suitable for guests and the entire family. The rich, buttery garlic and Parmesan coating makes the dish delicious and gives the tender chicken pieces an interesting twist. The recipe is very easy to prepare with just a few straightforward steps and some time with air frying.

How to Make It

Ingredients for the chicken:

  • 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Ingredients for the garlic Parmesan butter:

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions:

1. First, cut the chicken thighs into small, bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until it is coated well.

2. You now have to thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto four skewers while leaving some space at both ends. Pack the pieces closely together to keep them juicy during cooking. When that’s done, put the skewers in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.

3. While the chicken is cooking, mix the softened butter with grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. The butter should be soft enough to brush on the chicken but not completely melted. If necessary, microwave it in short bursts of five seconds until it has a creamy consistency.

4. After the first 10 minutes of cooking, you can turn the skewers using tongs and brush them with the garlic Parmesan butter. Use one-third and then cook for another two and a half minutes.

5. Flip again and brush with another third. Cook for another two and a half minutes, or until the chicken is a bit charred and cooked thoroughly, with an internal temperature of 165°F.

6. Get the skewers out of the air fryer and brush them with garlic Parmesan butter if you have any left. You can also sprinkle some extra Parmesan and parsley and serve the skewers while they are still hot.

The Evolution of Glasses in the PC World

As mentioned, glasses nowadays are more than just vision correctors. The past couple of years have seen the emergence of gaming accessories in the form of eyeglasses. The Perks of Wearing Eye-Catching Eyewear

These glasses look almost like regular eyewear. Almost. They boast four cameras and 16 illuminators that are integrated into the lenses for more than optimal performance. They can be worn outside without people even paying attention to the cameras. What makes them useful outdoors is they allow the wearer to remain focused and not get distracted by gawkers.

When the wearer puts them on, a red circle appears over the game. It points to what the wearer is looking at in real time. The data helps gamers with granular information. It’s also intriguing to see what the eye naturally focuses on, which is known to differentiate from one person to another.
