Ingredients for the chicken:

• 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Instructions:

1. First, cut the chicken thighs into small, bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until it is coated well.

2. You now have to thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto four skewers while leaving some space at both ends. Pack the pieces closely together to keep them juicy during cooking. When that’s done, put the skewers in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.

3. While the chicken is cooking, mix the softened butter with grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. 6. Get the skewers out of the air fryer and brush them with garlic Parmesan butter if you have any left. You can also sprinkle some extra Parmesan and parsley and serve the skewers while they are still hot.
