Summer and Fall 2023

The couple started dating in June 2023, and in July, Benny was spotted at Selena’s 31st birthday party. In August Selena released her song “Single Soon” which Benny produced.

In the fall, Benny posted a funny note on his Instagram stories from his “gf” where she warms him not to hold her because of how bloated she is. While the sleeping girl in the background was out of focus, fans were convinced it was Selena.

November and Early December 2023

In November, Selena Gomez fan accounts began sleuthing, noticing that the pair were liking a lot of each other’s posts on Instagram, and feeling suspicious after she shared the release of Blanco’s cookbook to her stories.

In early December, an Instagram account shared a post saying that Selena seemingly confirmed her relationship with Benny, and Selena commented “Facts,” which made things super clear. Unfortunately, her fans weren’t thrilled.
